Woodland II is the current. owner of certain real property legally described as: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), Block One (1), <br />Woodland Park Eighth Subdivision Final Plat, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1J, Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block One (l), Woodland Park <br />Ninth Subdivision Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Three (3), Woodland <br />Park Eighth Subdivision Final Plat, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, <br />Hall County, Nebraska. <br />(collectively, the "Woodland II Property"). <br />B. Woodland I is the owner of certain real property legally described as: <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four(4), Block One (1), Woodland Park <br />Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6) and Seven (7), <br />Block Two (2), Woodland Fark Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br />Lots One (1), Two (2), Three (3), and Four (4), Block Three (3), Woodland <br />Park Fifth Subdivision, an Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />(collectively, the "Woodland I Property"). <br />C. The Woodland I Property is the benefitted property and the Woodland TI Property <br />is the burdened property under an Easement between Hastings Ventures, L.L.C. <br />(previous owner of the Woodland II Property) and Woodland I, which was recorded <br />with the Register of Deeds of Hall County on March 21, 2007, as Instrument <br />#200702205 (the "Easement"). <br />D. The necessity for the Easement described above has expired and the parties desire <br />to release the Easement in full. <br />NOW THEREFORE, in consideration of Ten and No/100 Dollars ($10.00), the <br />mutual promises and other valuable consideration, the receipt. and sufficiency is hereby <br />0993598.1 <br />
