<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by
<br />Randall Beckler and Glenda Beckler, husband and wife, Trustors, to The State Bank
<br />of Cairo, a i'~lebraska Banking Carparation, now lnavrx~ as Pathway Baflik, Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated March 24, 2004 in which The State Bank of Cairo, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, now known as Pathway Bank, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded March 29, 2004 as Instrument Number 200402952 of the
<br />Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$136,000.00, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
<br />The South Half of the Northeast Quarter (S '/~ NE '/4) of Section hour (4), Township
<br />Eleven (11) North, Range Eleven (11) West of the 6~' P.M., Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />containing 80 acres more or less
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed, this Deed of
