<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated September 28th, 2006 executed by Nicolas Ponce-Guevara
<br />and Teodolinda Ponce, husband and wife, in which Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200608735, on the 2nd day of October,
<br />2006, and an Modification Of Deed of Trust dated December 15th, 2009 executed by Nicolas
<br />Ponce-Guevara and Teodolinda Ponce, husband and wife which was recorded in the office of
<br />the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, as Document #0200909908 on the 17th day of
<br />December, 2009, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />THE SOUTH TWENTY (20) FEET OF LOT THIRTY-ONE (31 ), AND ALL OF
<br />LOT THIRTY-TWO (32), OF HAWTHORNE PLACE, BEING LOCATED ON PART OF THE
<br />NORTHWEST QUARTER (NW ~/4) OF SECTION TWENTY-TWO (22), IN TOWNSHIP
<br />ELEVEN (11) NORTH, RANGE NINE (9), WEST OF THE 6TH P.M., HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of
<br />Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 1St day of April, 2010.
