PARTIAL DEED OF RECONVEYANCE KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS: THAT, WHEREAS all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust, hereinafter called the Trust Deed, executed by Greg A. Niernoth a/k/a Gregory Alan Niernoth and Jodi L. Niernoth a/k/a Jodi Lynn Niernoth, Husband and Wife, as Trustor, to Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, as Trustee, for the benefit of Platte Valley State Bank & Trust Company, the Beneficiary named therein, dated the $th day of March 2006, and recorded on the $th day of March 2006, at the Register of Deeds office, Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Tnstrurnent # 200602047, has been paid, and said Beneficiary has requested that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
