Mader, a married person and Patricia =' Mader, his spouse; Max A. Mader, a married person and Lizbeth N. Mader, his spouse, as Trustors, in C which Five Paints Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as ~ Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200909985 at the Register of Deed's office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 21st day of December, 2009 WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Sank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: See Attached Exhibit A said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid; NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder. IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand Island, Nebraska this 2"d day of April, 2010.
