Barribo and Edaia M. Barribo, husband and wife as joint <br />tenants, and nqt as tenants in common, Trustor under a Deed of Trust recorded in the office of the Register of <br />Deed of HALL, Nebraska, on 3/9/2006 as instrument no. 200602063 in Book xxx at Page xxx of the Mortgage <br />Records, which Deed of Trust conveyed the following described real property, to wit: <br />303 East Syria Street <br />Cairo, NE 68824 <br />Part of Lots 15 and 16 in Block 3, in the Fifth Addition to the Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />Described as Beginning at a Point 80 Feet East of the Northwest Corner of Lot 16, in said Block 3, <br />Thence Running East 60 Feet Thence Running South 85 Feet, Thence Running West 60 Feet, Thence <br />Running North 85 Feet to the Place of Beginning, According to the Plat Recorded in Abstract #1 Slide <br />#34. <br />Has breached an obligation for which said trust property was conveyed as security and is in default under the terms <br />of the Deed of Trust. The nature of such breach is as follows: The installments of principal and interest which <br />became due on 10/1/2009, and all subsequent installments of principal and interest through the date of <br />this Notice, plus amounts that are due for late charges, delinquent property taxes, insurance premiums, <br />advances made on senior liens, taxes and/or insurance, trustee's fees, and any attorney fees and court <br />costs arising from or associated with the beneficiaries efforts to protect and preserve its security, all of <br />which must be paid as a condition of reinstatement, including all sums that shall accrue through <br />reinstatement or pay-off. Nothing in this notice shall be construed as a waiver of any fees owing to the <br />Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust pursuant to the terms of the loan documents. <br />The above debt will be assumed valid unless you notify the undersigned in writing that you dispute the debt or any <br />portion thereof within thirty (3p) days from your receipt of this notice. If you notify the undersigned in writing <br />within this time period, we will mail you a verification of the debt. 1n addition, if the original creditor is different <br />from the above named creditor, the name and address of the original creditor will be provided to you if you request <br />this information in writing form the undersigned within thirty (30) days from your receipt of this notice.
