County Register of Deeds, has breached <br /> the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, to-wit: <br /> Lot Eight (8), In Block Ninety Four (94), in the Original Town, now City of Grand <br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska. <br /> Exchange Bank, whose address is P.O.
