<br /> Notice is hereby given that Noble Realty Moldings, LLC, A Nevada Limited Liability W\
<br /> Company registered and authorized to do business in Nebraska, as Trustor, under a Deed of Trust
<br /> filed as Instrument No. 200809981 in the Office of the Hall. County Register of Deeds, has breached
<br /> the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust, to-wit:
<br /> Lot Eight (8), In Block Ninety Four (94), in the Original Town, now City of Grand
<br /> Island, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br /> Exchange Bank, whose address is P.O. Box 5793, Grand Island, Nebraska 68802, a
<br /> Nebraska Corporation., the Trustee and Beneficiary under the Deed of Trust, has directed the
<br /> undersigned as attorney for the Trustee in said Deed of Trust, to give Notice of Default of the
<br /> Promissory Note secured by said Deed of Trust because of Trustors' failure to make payment when
<br /> due on February 3, 2010 and March 3, 2010, the installment payments of principal and interest due
<br /> upon the Promissory Notes securing said Deed of Trust. As a result of the default, the Beneficiary
<br /> has directed the Trustee and the Trustee's attorneys to sell or cause to be sold such property to
<br /> satisfy the obligations secured under the Deed of Trust. The Beneficiary has accelerated the
<br /> indebtedness and caused the entire sum of the Promissory Note securing said Deed of Trust to be
<br /> immediately due and payable. The sum of $155,836.97, principal, together with interest of
<br /> $1,718.00 as of April 1, 2010, together with per diem interest thereafter at the rate of $29.89 per
<br /> diem, is immediately due and payable.
<br />
<br /> The Default may be cured by making payment within the next 30 days of the filing of record
<br /> of this Default, the suin of $4,890.66.
<br />
