<br />Paragraph B. of said Jack S. Ochsner Revocable Living Trust Agreement shall instead be
<br />distributed to Tracy A. Ochsner, son of the Decedent, Jack S. Ochsner, outright and free of trust
<br />to be his absolutely and forever.
<br />4. Mr. Bruce I. Smith, with the law firm of Leininger, Smith, Johnson, Baack, Placzek &
<br />Allen, attorney for Marie M. Ochsner, Personal Representative of the Estate of Jack S. Ochsner,
<br />Deceased, and attorney for Marie M. Ochsner and Tracy A. Ochsner, Co-Trustees of the Jack S.
<br />Ochsner Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 10, 2003, is instructed to file, mail, or
<br />otherwise cause to be delivered to the following persons or entities a fully executed duplicate
<br />original copy of this document to-wit:
<br />(a) To the County Caurt of Adams County, Nebraska, c/o Tam
<br />Hawes, Clerk Magistrate, P.O. Box 95, Hastings, Nebraska 68902;
<br />(b) To the Adams County Register of Deeds, c/o Jan Johnson,
<br />P.O. Box 203, Hastings, Nebraska 68902;
<br />(c) To Marie M. Ochsner, surviving spouse of the Decedent, 1610
<br />Morningside Drive, Hastings, Nebraska 68901;
<br />(d) To Marie M. Ochsner, in her capacity as Personal Representative
<br />of the Estate of Jack S. Ochsner and in hex capacity as Co-Trustee of the Jack S.
<br />Ochsner Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 10, 2003, 1610
<br />Morningside Drive, Hastings, Nebraska 68901;
<br />(e) To Tracy A. Ochsner in his capacity as Co-Trustee of the Jack S.
<br />Ochsner Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July 10, 2003, 1344 Turner,
<br />Hastings, Nebraska 68901;
<br />(f) To Tracy A. Ochsner, Son of the Decedent, Jack S. Ochsner, and the sale
<br />xernainder beneficiary of the Jack S. Ochsner Family Trust created pursuant to ARTICLE
<br />IX, Paragraph B. of the Jack S. Ochsner Revocable Living Trust Agreement dated July
<br />10, 2003, 1344 Turner, Hastings, Nebraska 68901.
