Lindley and Katarina <br /> Lindley, husband and wife, Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of One. Dollar and d <br /> other valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, does hereby grant, <br /> bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Thomas F. Werner and Lynne R.
