Luton, herein called the Grantor, whether one or more, in consideration of the ~ <br />ir. ~" <br />Decree of Dissalution in Hall County District Court Case Na. CI D9-1106, does quitclaim, grant, <br />bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto Gayle K. Luton, a/k/a Gayle K. Rumery, formerly known <br />as Gayle K. Keller, herein called the Grantee whether one or more, the following described <br />property in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Fractional Lots Eight (8), Nine (9), and Ten (10), in Fractional Block Two (2) in <br />Wallich's Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting <br />therefrom that part thereof conveyed to Harry Switzer by Warranty Deed recorded <br />in Book 91 at Page 436 of the Deed Records of Hall County, Nebraska, described <br />as follows: Commencing at a point situated 92.5 feet North of the Southwest <br />corner of said Fractional point situated 92.5 feet North of the Southwest corner of <br />said Fractional Lot $; running thence Easterly on a line parallel with the South <br />boundazy line of Fractional lots 8, 9, and 10, in said Fractional Block 2, a distance <br />of 72.5 feet, running then Northwesterly a distance of 62.3 feet to the paint 34.7 <br />feet from the point of beginning running thence Southerly along the Easterly line <br />of Broadwell Avenue a distance of 34.7 feet to the point of beginning; and also <br />excepting therefrom that part thereof conveyed to Fern M. Brehm by Warranty <br />Deed recorded in Book 9$, at Page 669 of the Deed records of Hall County, <br />Nebraska, described as follows: Commencing at the Southwest corner of said <br />Fractional Lot $; running thence in an Easterly direction along and upon the <br />Northerly boundary line of Ninth Street in the City of Grand Island, Nebraska for <br />a distance of 77 feet running thence in a Northerly direction pazallel with the <br />Easterly boundary line of said Fractional Block 2, for a distance of 86.55 feet; <br />running thence in a Westerly direction pazallel with the Northerly boundary line <br />of said Ninth Street for a distance of 31.7 feet to the Easterly boundazy line of <br />Broadwell Avenue in the City of Grand Island, (as now located); running thence <br />in a Southerly direction along and upon the Easterly boundary line of Broadwell <br />Avenue (as now located) for a distance of 98.5 feet to the place of beginning, and <br />That part of Fractional Lot Ten (10), in Fractional Block Thirteen (13), in <br />Fairview Pazk Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, <br />described as follows: Beginning at a point situated on the Southeast corner of <br />said Fractional Lot 10, running thence Northerly along the Easterly line of said <br />lot, parallel with the Westerly line of North Adams Street a distance of 22.8 feet, <br />running thence Westerly at a right angle a distance of 40.6 feet; running thence <br />
