<br />TRUSTEE'S DEED
<br />KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:
<br />That a Deed of Trust was made and entered into on or about January 24, 2007, by
<br />and between GILD Investments, LLC, as Trustor, and Pathway Bank, Beneficiary, wherein
<br />Pathway Bank was named Trustee. This Deed of Trust was recorded February 1, 2007 in
<br />the Records of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No.
<br />0200700814.
<br />Pamela D. Andersen, Member of the Nebraska State Bar Association, has been
<br />appointed successor Trustee, pursuant to a Substitution of Trustee filed for record with the
<br />Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 0200909573. Hereinafter
<br />the Successor Trustee, Pamela D. Andersen, Attorney at Law, will be referred to as
<br />GRANTOR.
<br />The GRANTOR in consideration of Nine Hundred Thousand and na/100 Dollars
<br />($900,000.00) and other valuable consideration received from Pathway Bank, hereinafter
<br />GRANTEE, does hereby grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto GRANTEE the
<br />following described real property in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Address: Cedaz Ridge Court and West 13~` Street, Grand Island, Nebraska 68803
<br />Legal Description: Lots Three (3), Four (4), Five (5), Six (6), and Outlot A, Cedar Ridge
<br />Second Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska. Now known as:
<br />Lots 1-15 inclusive, Block 1; and Lots 1-10 inclusive, Block 2; and Lots 1-6 inclusive,
<br />Block 3; all in Cedar Ridge Third Subdivision, in the City of Grand Island, Ha11 County,
<br />Nebraska.
<br />To have and to hold the above-described premises together with all tenements,
<br />hereditatments and appurtenances thereto belonging unto the GRANTEE, and to the
<br />GRANTEE'S successors and assigns forever.
<br />GRANTOR does hereby covenant with the GRANTEE and with the GRANTEE' S
<br />successors and assigns:
<br />1. That GILD Investments, LLC, a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, failed to pay the
<br />Beneficiary payments which were contractually due, and the GRANTOR, at the request of
<br />the Beneficiary, elected to declare the entire unpaid principal balance, together with
<br />interest thereon, at once immediately due and payable.
