<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation_ as Trust~P (A~ ~~
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated December 8, 2009, and executed by Devonne R. Schuett, ~'
<br />A Single Person , as Trustor, in which Five Points Bank is named Beneficiary, and the
<br />undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br />County, Nebraska on December 14, 2009, as Instrument No. 200909781 and 200909782, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of
<br />Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Twenty (20), Block Seven (7), Unit three (3), Continental Gardens an Addition to the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska, and
<br />Lot Faur (4) in Block "E" in Parkview Subdivision, located on a part of the Northwest Quarter
<br />(NW1/4) of Section Twenty-Eight (28) and a part of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty-Nine (29), all in Township Eleven (11) Narth, Lange Nine (9), West of the Sixth P.M., Hall
<br />County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully
<br />paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or
<br />__ persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 19th day of March, 2010.
