<br />GRANTOR covenants with GRANTEE that GRANTOR is lawfully seised of such real estate, that GRANTOR has

<br />during the time GRANTOR has been lawfully seised of such real estate.
<br />This Deed is a distribution from the Trustee of the above Trust to the beneficiaries of said Trust.
