Sperling, GRANTOR, for and in consideration of ONE AND NO/100 <br />DOLLARS ($1.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from <br />GRANTEES, Melvin E. Sperling and Helen K. Sperling, Husband and Wife, as joint tenants <br />with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in common, convey to GRANTEES, the following- <br />described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
