<br />LAJEAN D, KROEGER, also known as LAJEAN D. MULLER and HARLAN
<br />KROEGER, wife and husband, GRANTORS, in consideration of TEN AND NO/100 ~~~~
<br />DOLLARS ($10.00) AND OTHER VALUABLE CONSIDERATION received from
<br />GRANTEE, LAJEAN D. KROEGER, TRUSTEE OF THE LAJEAN D. KROEGER
<br />REVOCABLE LIVING TRUST DATED MARCH ~~, 2010, AS AMENDED, quitclaim to
<br />GRANTEE, the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. 76-201) situated in

<br />Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M., in Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />A part of the Southeast Quarter (SE1/~) of Section Four (4), in Township Ten (10) North,
<br />Range Twelve (12), West of the 6th P.M,, in Hall County Nebraska, and more
<br />particularly described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner of the Southeast
<br />Quarter (SE'/4) of Section Four (4), Township Ten (10) North, Range Twelve (12) in
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, and running thence West along and upon the South side of said
<br />Southeast Quarter (SE'/4) a distance of 944.5 feet to the point of beginning; running
<br />thence North and parallel with the East side of said Section Four (4) a distance of 283
<br />feet; running thence West and parallel with the South side of said Section Four (4), a
<br />distance of 350 feet; running thence South and parallel with the East side of said

<br />West of the 6th P.M., EXCEPTING that portion of said Southeast Quarter described in
<br />deed recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, and such
<br />deed being recorded as Document #78-001501.
