Reconveyance be executed and delivered; <br />NOW THEREFORE, inconsideration of such payment in accordance with the request of the <br />beneficiary names therein, the undersigned, as Trustee, does by these presents, grant remise, release and <br />reconvey to the person or persons entitled thereto all the interest and estate derived to said Trustee by ar <br />through said Trust Deed in the following described premises, but only as to such premises: <br />LOT THREE (3) JPM SUBDIVISION, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA. <br />together with all buildings, fixtures, improvements and appurtenances belong to such premises, it being the <br />intent that the land hereby conveyed be discharged From said Deed of Trust and that the rest of the land <br />described remain as heretofore. <br />Dated this ~ day of _/Vl ~l.liN 2010. <br />Arend R.
