Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island, <br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed <br />by Thayer Family, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Co~paay, as Trustor, in which <br />Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island, is named as the <br />Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated November 28, 2001 <br />and recorded December 20, 2001, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, <br />Nebraska as Instrument No. 02001131.66 regarding the real estate described in <br />paragraph 3 below. <br />~`~ <br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of <br />Trust executed by Thayer Family, L.L.C., a Nebraska Limited Liability Company, aS trUStor, to Earl <br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable <br />Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as Beneficiary, dated November 28, 2001, and <br />recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of xail County, Nebraska as Document <br />No. 02001131~~, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this <br />Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement <br />below. <br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by <br />Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as beneficiary <br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties <br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the <br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, <br />located in Hall County, State of Nebraska, described as follows: <br />Unit Four (4), The Village Condominiums, a condominium in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described <br />in the trust deed. <br />1n witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial <br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on r~1~~.~G~ ~~~~..J-C~I~> <br />EQUITABLE BANK, <br />BENEFICIARY and SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE <br />By JG <br />Thomas E.
