Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of <br />Trust executed by Thayer Family, L.L.C., a NE Limited Liability Co. and l;rnest J. Thayer and Janice M. <br />Thayer, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the <br />benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as <br />Beneficiary, dated Deceanbear 2G, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds <br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200300121 and 0200300941, has been paid, <br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be <br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below. <br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by <br />Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as beneficiary <br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties <br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the <br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein, <br />located in Ha11 County, State of Nebraska, described as follows: <br />Unit Four (4), The Village Condominiums, acondominium in the City of <br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska <br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described <br />in the trust deed. <br />In witness thereof, the undersigned has executed this deed of partial <br />reconveyance to Grand Island, Nebraska on Y ~ .~-~~ 1 " . ;~ <br />EQUITABLE BANK, <br />BENEFICIARY and SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE <br />$y r rJ ~. <br />Thomas E.
