<br />1. Substitution of Trustee. Equitable Bank, of P.O. Box 160, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed
<br />by Thayer Family, L.L.C., a NE Limited Liability Co. sand Ernest J. Thayer and Janice M. Thayer,
<br />Husband and Wife, as Trustor, in which Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings
<br />Bank of Grand Island, is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney,
<br />as Trustee, dated December 26, 20021 and recorded January G, 2003 and re-recorded
<br />Jannuary 24, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska as
<br />Instrument No. 0200300121 and 0200300941 regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.

<br />2. Deed of Partial Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of
<br />Trust executed by Thayer Family, L.L.C., a NE Limited Liability Co. and l;rnest J. Thayer and Janice M.
<br />Thayer, Husband and Wife, as trustor, to Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the
<br />benefit of Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as
<br />Beneficiary, dated Deceanbear 2G, 2002, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds
<br />of Hall County, Nebraska as Document No. 0200300121 and 0200300941, has been paid,
<br />and the Beneficiary has requested in writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be
<br />executed and delivered as confirmed by its endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of the above, and pursuant to written request made by
<br />Equitable Bank fka Equitable Federal Savings Bank of Grand Island as beneficiary
<br />named in such trust deed, the undersigned hereby grants and reconveys to the parties
<br />entitled thereto, without warranty, all the estate and interest derived to the
<br />undersigned under such trust deed in that portion of the property described therein,
<br />located in Ha11 County, State of Nebraska, described as follows:
<br />Unit Four (4), The Village Condominiums, acondominium in the City of
<br />Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />The trust deed remains in full force and effect as to all other property described
<br />in the trust deed.
