<br />THIS DEED is dated and executed this / S~ day of
<br />_ _~' /ln t+4~~r~ 2010, by Ronald S . Depue, Trustee, and is with
<br />reference to Deed of Trust wherein Herbert A. J. Koch and Helen M.
<br />Koch, husband and wife, are Beneficiary, and Jeff Koch and Susan
<br />Koch, husband and wife, are Trustor and Ronald S. Depue, Attorney
<br />at Law, is Trustee;
<br />WHEREAS, Trustors, for valuable consideration and in order to
<br />secure to Beneficiary the payment of valuable consideration, did
<br />execute a Deed of Trust, which was filed on December 28, 1999, and
<br />identified as Document No. 0099112211, conveying to Trustee,
<br />Trustee's successors or assigns, a certain parcel of real estate
<br />described in said Deed as follows, to-wit:
<br />The North Half of the Southeast Quarter (N1/2 SE1/4) of
<br />Section Twenty-three (23) in Township Twelve (12) North,
<br />Range Ten (10) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County,
<br />Nebraska, and a certain tract in the Northeast Quarter
<br />(NE1/4) of Section Twenty-three (23), in Township Twelve
<br />(~.2) North, Range Ten (10) being more particularly
<br />described as follows: Commencing at the Southeast corner
<br />of the Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section Twenty-three
<br />(23) in Township Twelve (12) North of Range Ten (10) West
<br />of the 6th P.M., running thence in a north direction for
<br />a distance of Thirteen and one~half (13 1/2) rods, thence
<br />in a westerly direction far a distance of Hundred Sixty
<br />(160) rods, thence in a south direction for a distance of
<br />Fourteen and one-half (14 1/2) rods, thence along the
<br />south line of said Northeast Quarter (NE1/4) of Section
<br />Twenty-three (23) in an east direction for a distance of
<br />One Hundred Sixty (160) rods to the place of beginning,
<br />excepting a tract of land mare particularly described as
<br />Lot One (1) , H . H . K. Subdivision, as shown in plat recorded
<br />as Document No. 99-102793.
<br />and the said sum of money has been fully paid to Beneficiary, and
<br />Beneficiary has requested that the estate conveyed by the said Deed
<br />of Trust to Trustee in the said property hereinbefore mentioned and
<br />described be now released to said Trustors.
<br />THEREFORE, the undersigned Trustee does hereby release, convey
<br />and quitclaim unto said Trustors all right, title, interest, claim
<br />and demand whatsoever which Trustee had acquired in and through the
<br />above-described Deed of Trust, together with all appurtenances and
<br />privileges thereunto belonging or appertaini
