LANZENDORF, a single person, Grantor, in consideration of ONE DOLLAR 5' <br />5a <br /> ($1.00) and other good and valuable consideration, receipt of which is hereby acknowledged, <br /> conveys to VENA D. PACE, an unremarried widow, her successors and assigns, Grantee, the <br />- following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. Stat. § 76-201) in Hall County, Nebraska: <br />Lot Nine (9), Block Twenty-eight (28), Charles Wasmer's Addition to the City of <br />Grand Island, Ha11 County, Nebraska. <br />This Deed is an absolute conveyance, the Grantor having sold said land to the Grantee far <br />a fair and adequate consideration, such consideration, in addition to that above recited, being full <br />satisfaction of all obligations secured by the Deed of Trust executed by Robert Lanzendorf and Rita <br />B. Lanzendorf then Husband and Wife, recorded on October 10, 1997, as Document No. 97-108471 <br />in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska. Grantor declares that this <br />conveyance is freely and fairly made, and there are no agreements, oral ar written, or other than this <br />Deed between Grantor and Grantee with respect to said land. <br />Grantor covenants with the Grantee that Grantor: <br />1. is lawfully seized of such real estate and that it is free from encumbrances except <br />easements, restrictions and zoning ordinances of record; <br />2. has legal power and lawful authority to convey the same; <br />3. warrants and will defend the title to the real estate against the lawful claims of all <br />persons. <br />EXECUTED: March ~, 2010. <br />A B.
