<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE ~ ~ ~
<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated June 18, 2009, executed by Javier Delatarre; A Single Person, in which
<br />Five Points Bank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on June 2S, 2009, recorded as
<br />Instrument 0200905127, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />A certain part of the East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section Faur (4), in Township Eleven
<br />(11) North, Range Nine (9) West of the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska more particularly described as follows:
<br />Beginning at the Southwest corner of the Bast 1/2 of the East l/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of Section 4, running thence
<br />North upon and along the West line of said East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest 1/4 of said Section, 136.0 feet,
<br />running thence East parallel to the South line of said Section 4, 80.0 feet, running thence South parallel to the West line
<br />of said East 1/2 of the East 1/2 of the Southwest l/4 of said Section 136.0 feet to a point on the South line of said
<br />Section, running thence West upon and along the South line of said Section, $p,0 feet to the actual point of beginning.
<br />-- - said-request-ta recanvey~eciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Recanveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 18~' day of March, 2010.
