<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE
<br />WHEREAS, the:and®rsed; Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Tnistee, under
<br />the Deed of Trust dated March ~, 2005, executed by Galen B. Pearson and Bobbie L. Pearson,
<br />Husband and Wife, in which Five Points Sank is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as
<br />Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska, on
<br />March 14, 2005, recorded as Instrument 0200502137, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five Points
<br />Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust
<br />above mentioned as follows:
<br />LOT TEN (lp), IN BLOCK TWO (2), IN ISLAND ACRES NUMBER TWO (2), BEING A REPEAT OF
<br />LOTS ONE (1), TWO (2), THREE (3), FIVE (5), SIX (6), AND SEVEN (7), IN ISLAND ACRES, A SUBDIVISION
<br />OF THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br />Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons
<br />legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at
<br />Grand Island, Nebraska, this 16`" day of March, 2010.
