<br /> WHEREAS, the within named Grantor is the Trustee under the terms of a certain Deed of
<br /> Trust dated July 25, 2007, and filed for record in the Office of the Register of Deeds of Hall
<br /> County, Nebraska, July 27, 2007 as Instrument No. 0200706392 of the 1`Iall County Register of
<br /> Deeds Books, wherein Lori Rodriguez, a single person, was identified as Trustor;
<br />WHEREAS, said Trustee has upon default of the Trustors of the obligations contained in
<br />such Deed of Trust caused such Notice of Default and Notice of Sale to be filed, given and
<br />published as required by Nebraska Trust Deeds Act contained in Chapter 76, Article 10, of the
<br />Nebraska Trust Deeds Act;
<br />WHEREAS, a public sale of the real estate hereinafter described was conducted on the
<br />date and at the time and place designated in the Notice of Sale; and
<br />WHEREAS, the within named Grantee offered the highest bid at such public auction.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, I, BRANDON S. CONNICK, Trustee under a certain Deed of
<br />Trust dated July 25, 2007, filed for record with the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on July 27, 2007, as Instrument No. 0200706392, herein called the Grantor, for and in
<br />consideration of the sum of Fifty Thousand and No/100 Dollars ($50,000.00) received from
<br />Grantee(s), does hereby quitclaim, grant, bargain, sell, convey and confirm unto COMPETITIVE
<br />MORTGAGE, INC., a Nebraska Corporation, herein called the Grantee(s), the following-
<br />described real estate in Hall County, Nebraska:
<br />Lot Two (2), Block Forty (40), in Russell Wheeler's
<br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, Nebraska;
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the premises above described, together with all the build-
<br />ings, improvements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereunto belonging, unto the said Grantee
<br />and to Grantee's heirs, successors and assigns forever.
