<br />and wife, as joint tenants
<br />conveys to GRANTEES, the following-described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev.
<br />Stat. 76-201):
<br />- Ha11 County, Nebraska, more particularly
<br />described as a tract of land comprising a part of the East Half' of the Southwest
<br />Quarter (E~ZSW'~) of Section Sixteen (l6), Township Twelve (12) North, Range Nine
<br />(9), West of the .6th F.M., Hall County, Nebraska, and more particularly described
<br />as follows: Beginning at the southwest corner of said E~S~~~; thence northerly
<br />along and upon the west line of said E~SW4 a distance of Five Hundred (500.0)
<br />feet; thence easterly, parallel with the south line of said E~SW~, a distance of
<br />One Hundred Forty-five (145.0) feet; thence. southerly parallel with the west line
<br />of said EZSW~, a distance of One Hundred Seventy--five (175.0) feet; thence easterly,
<br />parallel with the south line of said E~SW~, a distance of .One Hundred Eighty-seven
<br />(1$7.0) feet; thence southerly, parallel with the west line of said E~ZSW1~, a dis-
<br />tance of Three Hundred Twenty-five (325.0) feet to a point on the south line of
<br />said E~SW~; thence westerly along and upon .the south line of said E?SW~, a dis-
<br />tance of Three Hundred Thirty-two (332.0) feet to the paint of beginning, and
<br />containing 3.059 acres more or less,
<br />subject to easements, reservations, covenants, and restrictions of record,
<br />GRANTOR cavenants with GRANTEES that GRANTOR .has legal power and lawful authority
<br />to convey the sam .
