Orr and Dianna L. Orr, Husband and Wife, GRANTORS in <br />consideration of ONE DOLLAR ($1.00) and other valuable consideration ~, <br />received from GRANTEE, Kent C. Orr trustee of the Mustang Trust dated <br />December 28, 2009, conveys to GRANTEE the following described real estate <br />(as defined in Neb. Rev.
