<br />named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated
<br />FEBRUARY 2s, 20oos and recorded FEBRUARY 28, 2000, in the Office of the Register of
<br />Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as Instrument No. 200001609 regarding the real
<br />estate described in paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of ReconveXance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUted by ROBERT A HOFFA AND LINDA K HOFFA, HUSBAND AND WIFE, aS trustor, to Earl D.
<br />Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, for the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK FKA THE
<br />EQUITABLE BUILDING 8v LOAN ASSOCIATION, FSB as Beneficiary, dated FEBRUARY 23,
<br />2000, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska as
<br />Document No. 2ooooi6o9, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in writing
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
