<br />WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee,
<br />under the Deed of Trust dated October 17th, 2008 executed by Juan Munoz, a single person
<br />and Delmi Rodriguez, a single person, in which Five Paints Bank is named as Beneficiary,
<br />and the undersigned as Trustee, which was recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, recorded as Document #0200808821, on the 17th day of October,
<br />2008, and
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Five
<br />Points Bank, as Beneficiary, written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed
<br />of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot Six (6), of County Subdivision of part of the South Half of the Southeast Quarter
<br />(S1/2 SE1/4) of Section Sixteen (16), Township Eleven (11) North, Range Nine (9) West of
<br />the 6th P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, excepting therefrom a tract of land deeded to the City of
<br />Grand Island, more particularly described in Deed recorded in Book 46, Page 600 of the Deed
<br />records in the Office of the Register of Deeds, Hall County, Nebraska.
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such
<br />Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance,
<br />at Grand Island, Nebraska, this 11th day of March 2010.
