<br />SHF,RRY ANN SIWINSKI, Personal Representative of the ESTATE OF NADENE J. BUDDE,
<br />receased, Grantor, pursuant to thF~ authority of the County Court of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />pursuant to 30-2476 (23) of the Nebraska Probate Code, in consideration of Forty Three Thousand
<br />Three Hundred Fifty Dollars ($43,350.00), received from Grantee, does grant, bargain, sell, convey
<br />and confirm unto DENNIS BUDDE and KAY BUDDE, husband and wife, as Joint Tenants,
<br />Grantees, the follawing described real property:

<br />encumbrance caused by ariy claim :for taxes levied against the Estate of Nadene J. Budde, Deceased.
