WOITASZEWSKI and LINDA WOITASZEWSKI, husband and wife, in <br />consideration of the sum of the sum of $1.00 and other valuable consideration <br />received from DENNIS E. WOITASZEWSKI, RONALD J. WOITASZEWSKI, and KENNETH S. <br />WOITASZEWSKI, hereinafter collectively called "Grantees," quitclaim to Grantees, as <br />tenants in common, the following described real estate (as defined in Neb. Rev. <br />Stat.
