<br />U.S. Bank National Association, trustee under that certain Nebraska Deed of Trust, Security Agreement and Assignment
<br />of Rents and Leases ("Deed of Trust") dated February 25, 2008, and filed February 25, 2008, as Document
<br />#200801508, of the Mortgage records of Hall County, Nebraska naming Thomas W O'Neill and Jill A O'Neill as Trustor,
<br />U.S. Bank National Association as Beneficiary, and U.S. Bank National Association as original Trustee in consideration of
<br />performance in full by said Trustor of all obligations imposed by said Deed of Trust and the note secured thereby, does
<br />hereby reconvey to said Trustor the following described real estate, to wit:

<br />hereby canceling and satisfying said Deed of Trust.
<br />Such reconveyance is given subject to all existing liens, encumbrances, covenants and restrictions not imposed upon said
<br />property by the undersigned, and is made for the sole and only purpose of satisfying of record the aforesaid Deed of
<br />Trust.
