TRACY, is Trustee, <br />and FRED H. HOSSELMAN AND MAXINE BOSSELMAN, husband and wife, as <br />joint tenants with rights of survivorship and not as tenants in <br />common, is Beneficiary of the following described real estate, <br />with other land, to-wit: <br />Lot Eight (8), Woodland Second Subdivision, an <br />Addition to the City of Grand Island, Hall County, <br />Nebraska. <br />Acting pursuant to the request of the Beneficiary given on <br />March 4, 2010, the Trustee hereby reconveys to the person or <br />persons entitled thereto only the above described real estate. <br />No lot other than the above described Lot Eight (8), <br />Woodland Second Subdivision, is released from the Deed of Trust. <br />Instead, the Deed of Trust remains in full force and effect as to <br />all other lots descri/bred therein. <br />Executed this d/ day of Marc 2010. <br />/ '~ ,~f.L <br />C~Lcla-~/~ G <br />Howard E.
