<br />THAT WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by LARRY G
<br />BUSS, A SINGLE PERSON AND DONNA J PRITCHARD, A SINGLE PERSON to TierOne Bank,
<br />Trustee and Beneficiary, dated January 19, 2005 ,and recorded January 20, 2005 in the office of the

<br />200500524 /on Microfilm Roll No. ,has been paid, and said Beneficiary does hereby request
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered.
<br />NOW, THEREFORE, in consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the undersigned Trustee does by these presents, grant, remise, release and reconvey to the persons
