<br /> WHEREAS, the undersigned, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustee, under the
<br /> Trust Deed dated June 14, 1994 and executed by Yvonne Brandt as Trustor, in which Five Faints Bank, a
<br /> Nebraska Corporation is named as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as "Trustee, which was recorded as
<br /> Instrument #94-105363 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, Nebraska on the 22"d day of June,
<br /> 1994
<br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a
<br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows:
<br />Lot 8, Block 3 in Ingalls-Turner Addition to the Town of Cairo, Hall County, Nebraska
<br />said request to reconvey reciting that all sums secured by such Deed of Trust have been fully paid;
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of Trust,
<br />the undersigned as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally
<br />entitled thereto, the estate now held by said. Trustee hereunder.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance, at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska this 9`~' day of March, 2010.
