<br />and Jeani M Smolla husband and wife as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as
<br />Trustee for the benefit of Nebraska Investment Finance Authorit the beneficiary named therein, dated April
<br />10, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A
<br />or Instrument Number 0200304346 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
