<br />DEED OF RECONVEYANCE OF A PORTION
<br />OF PROPERTY COVERED BY DEED OF TRUST p ~

<br />WHEREAS, THE UNDERSIGNED, Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation, of Grand Island, Hall
<br />County, Nebraska, under the Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, executed by Bosselman, Inc., as Trustor,
<br />in which Five Points Bank of Grand Island, Nebraska is named as Beneficiary, and as Trustee, which Deed
<br />of Trust was recorded as Document #99-106430 in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska,
<br />on the 25th day of June, 1999.
<br />NOW THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Trust Deeds, the
<br />undersigned, as Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person or persons legally entitled
<br />thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder in and the attached real estate described to-wit:
<br />PARCEL 3: LOT TWELVE (12) AND THE WESTERLY TWENTY (20.0) FEET OF
<br />THE NORTHERLY TWO HUNDRED (200.0) FEET OF LOT ELEVEN (11), MAYER-
<br />MEHRING SUBDIVISION, IN THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PARCEL 4: LOTS ONE (1) AND THREE (3), BLOCK TWENTY-SIX (26),
<br />GILBERT'S THIRD ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND, HALL COUNTY,
<br />NEBRASKA.
<br />PROVIDED, HOWEVER, that the aforesaid Deed of Trust dated June 25, 1999, recorded as
<br />Document #99-106430 in the Register of Deeds of Hall County, Nebraska, shall remain in full force and
<br />effect as to all real estate not herein reconveyed.
<br />IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the undersigned has executed this Deed of Reconveyance at Grand
<br />Island, Nebraska, this 5th day of March, 2010.
