OF REAL PROPERTY WITHOUT PROBATE <br /> UNDER NEBRASKA PROBATE CODE <br /> <br /> The undersigned Affiant, being first duly sworn, does hereby depose and state pursuant to <br /> <br /> Section 30-24,129 of the Revised Statutes of the State of Nebraska: <br /> 1. The value of the interest held by Barbara Jean Brunt, Deceased, in the following <br /> described real estate does not exceed the sum of Thirty Thousand and No/100 Dollars <br /> ($30,000.00) as the current assessed valuation of said real estate as shown on the assessment <br /> rolls in the Office of the Hall County Assessor for the year 2010 is Seven Thousand Five Hun- <br /> dred Three and No/100 Dollars ($7,503.00) (The land value of the real estate is $15,006.00. The <br /> land is owned by the decedent and Affiant as tenants in common. As a result, the value of the <br /> interest held by the decedent in the land value of the real estate is $7,503.00. The improvement <br /> value of the real estate is $15,993.00. The improvement consists of a 1971 Bonnavilla Mobile <br /> Home. According to the Certificate of Title, the mobile home is owned by the decedent and the <br /> Affiant with rights of survivorship): <br /> <br /> An undivided one-half ('/z) interest in Lot Two (2), in Block Two (2), in Dale <br /> Roush Second Subdivision of Hall County, Nebraska in the E'/zSW'/4 of Section <br /> 14, Township 11 North, Range 10 West of the Sixth P.M. <br /> <br /> 2. Thirty (30) days have elapsed since the death of the decedent of January 6, 2010 <br /> as shown by the certified copy of the decedent's death certificate attached hereto and incorpo- <br /> rated herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> 3. No application or petition for the appointment of a personal representative is <br /> pending or has been granted in any jurisdiction. <br /> <br /> 4. Affiant is the successor to all interest of the decedent in the real estate. Affiant is <br /> entitled to the land value of the real estate described hereinabove at Paragraph 1 by virtue of a <br /> devise under the will of the decedent. Affiant is also the successor to all interest of the decedent <br /> in the improvement value of the real estate for the reason that the improvement consisting of the <br /> mobile home is owned by the decedent and Affiant with rights of survivorship. <br /> <br /> 5. Affiant has made an investigation and has been unable to determine any <br /> subsequent will. <br />
