<br />WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust executed by ~, 5 d
<br />Andy Leighty and Alex Leighty, husband and wife, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a
<br />Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated September 17,
<br />2008 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br />Deed of Trust being recorded September 2S, 2008 as Instrument Number 200808182 of
<br />the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br />$336,532.49, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested
<br />that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br />THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed
<br />of Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty, to the person
<br />or persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br />described as follow:
