<br />ASSIGNMENT OF DEED OF TRUST
<br />KNOW ALL MEN SY THESE PRESENTS, that Mortgage Electronic Registration
<br />Systems, Inc., acting solely as nominee for lender Advanced Financial Services, Inc. d/b/a/ AF5

<br />13, 2008, Document No, 2008011'75, covering the following described real property located in
<br />the County of Hall, State of Nebraska:
<br />Lots Fourteen (14) and Fifteen (15), having a lake front footage of 180 feet,
<br />situated on the East side of the West Portion of Kuester lake, and being on
<br />apart of the East Haif of the Southwest Quarter (E 1/2 SW 1/4), in Section
<br />Thirteen (13), Township Eleven (11) North Range (9), West of the 6th P.M.,
<br />Hall County, Nebraska, commonly known as 69 Kuester Lake, Grand Island,
<br />NE 68801-0000 (the "Praperty"),
<br />TO HAVE AND TO HOLD the same unto the said GMAC Mortgage, LLC, and unto its
