Depue, Successor Trustee, and states that: <br />1. He is the Successor Trustee under the Trust Deed recorded <br />in the office of the Hall County Register of Deeds as Instrument <br />No. 0200610128. <br />2. That Warren J. Kirsch, a single person, is the Trustor <br />under the said Trust Deed. <br />3. That certain real property was conveyed to Ronald S. <br />Depue as Successor Trustee under the aforementioned Trust Deed as <br />security on a note payable to Concept Fiberglass Homes, Inc. <br />4. The legal description of the said real property is as <br />follows, to-wit: <br />Lots One (1), Ten (10), Eleven (11), Twelve <br />(12), Thirteen (13) and Fourteen (14), Concept <br />Subdivision in the City of Grand Island, Hall <br />County, Nebraska. <br />A breach of an obligation secured by the Trust property has <br />occurred and the Beneficiary and Trustee have elected to sell or <br />cause to be sold the trust property to satisfy the obligation, to- <br />wit: failure to pay note installments. <br />After the lapse of not less than one month, if the default has <br />not been cured, the Trustee is entitled to give Notice of Sale <br />according to law. <br />a <br />This Notice of Default is being recorded in the office of the <br />Register of Deeds as provided by law. <br />Dated this ~ day of ~ 2010. <br />RO ALD S.
