201001483 <br />B. Liabilities -Limited ar Negligent Acts. Lessor shall not be responsible for any liabilities resulting <br />from negligent acts or omissions of the Lessee, its agents, invitees or employees, and Lessee will hold the <br />Lessor harmless from any damages or injuries caused by the Lessee, its agents, invitees or employees. <br />Lessee shall not be responsible for any liabilities resulting from the negligent acts or omissions of Lessor, its <br />agents, employees or invitees. <br />7. Drug Free Workplace. Lessee certifies that it maintains a drug free workplace environment to ensure <br />worker safety and workplace integrity. Lessee agrees to provide a copy of its drug free workplace policy at any <br />time upon request by Lessor. <br />8. Termination. Lessor may terminate this Lease immediately for the following reasons: (a) if directed to <br />do so by statute; or (b) fraud, misappropriation embezzlement, malfeasance, misfeasance, or illegal conduct <br />pertaining to performance under this Lease by Lessor, its employees, officers, directors, or shareholders. <br />9. Notices.
