'T'hat by Substitution <br />of Trustee dated August 12, 2008, made by Barclays Capital Real <br />Estate Inc. dba HomEq Servicing, Attorney in Fact for Deutsche Bank. <br />National Trust Company as Trustee under Pooling and Servicing <br />Agreement dated as of April 1, 2006 Morgan Stanley ABS Capit~,l. 1 <br />Inc. Trust 2006-NC3 Mortgage Pass-Through Certificates, Series 1006 <br />NC3, Grantor was substituted as Trustee in place of Ticor Title <br />Insurance Company.
