Corporation, as Trustee, under the _ U ~ <br />Trust Deed dated June 10, 2003 and executed by Bucks Rentals, inc. a Nebraska Corporation, as Trustor, <br />in which Five Points Bank, a Nebraska Corporation is named. as Beneficiary, and the undersigned as <br />Trustee, which was recorded as Instrument #0200307380 at the Register of Deeds office of Hall County, <br />Nebraska on the 11th day of June, 2003 <br />WHEREAS, said undersigned, Five Points Bank, as Trustee, has received from Beneficiary, a <br />written request to reconvey the real estate described in the Deed of Trust above mentioned as follows: <br />Lots One (1) and 'I'wo (2), Black One (1) Tucker's Addition, Hall County, Nebraska, excepting a <br />tract of land more particularly described in Ordinance No. l 306 recorded in Baak P, Page 574; a <br />tract of land more particularly described in Return of Appraisers recorded in Baak 22, Page 9 <br />and a tract of land more particularly described in Warranty Deed recorded in Baak 1 d5, Page 17 <br />Commonly known as 708 S.
