The <br />balance of $70,000, paid in monthly payment of $1,000.00 interest at 6% <br />on unpaid balance. Buyer may make additional payments on principal. <br />Escrow for taxes anal insurance will be taken from monthly payment. <br />Seller is responsible to keep taxes and Insurance current. <br />Six months delinquent on payment nullifies this agreement. <br />At the end often years a balloon payment is due. <br />A Warranty Deed and title insurance will then be issued. <br />Buyer is to keep property in good repair during this ten year period. <br />State of Nebraska, Hall County.
