<br />a single person as Trustor to Commercial Federal Bank, a Federal Savings Bank as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />Nebraska Investment Finance Authority the beneficiary named therein, dated August 30, 2002, and recorded in
<br />the office of the Register of Deeds in Hall County, Nebraska, in Book N/A Page N/A or Instrument Number
<br />200209246 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA INVESTMENT
<br />FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment recorded in
