<br />WHEREAS, ALL OF THE INDEBTEDNESS SECURED BY THE Deed of Trust executed by MATTHEW P
<br />AND ALISSA J HODTWALKER as Trustor to U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY NA as Trustee for the benefit of
<br />NEBRASKA INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY the beneficiary named therein, dated AUGUST 24 2005,
<br />and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds in HALL County, Nebraska, in Book NA Page NA or
<br />Instrument Number 0200508352 and Beneficial Interest in said Deed of Trust was assigned to NEBRASKA
<br />INVESTMENT FINANCE AUTHORITY (formerly known as Nebraska Mortgage Finance Fund) by Assignment
<br />recorded in Book NA Page NA or Instrument Number NA has been paid; and
