Stenka, an unmarried person <br />is Trustor and Old Republic National Title Insurance Company is Trustee, which Deed of Trust <br />was dated March 3, 2006, and Recorded on March 6, 2006 as Instrument No. 0200601918, and <br />re-recorded on April 6, 20p6 as Instrument No. 0200603019 of the mortgage retards of Hall <br />County, Nebraska, which Deed of Trust was assigned by Argent Mortgage Company, LLC to <br />Deutsche Bank National Trust Company, as Trustee for Argent Securities Inc.
