<br />NE 68802, is hereby appointed Successor Trustee under the Deed of Trust executed

<br />EQUITABLE BANK, FKA EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />is named as the Beneficiary and Earl D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, dated JUNE
<br />30, 2003, and recorded JULY ~, 2003, in the Office of the Register of Deeds of HALL
<br />County, Nebraska as Instrument No. aop3os~2a regarding the real estate described in
<br />paragraph 3 below.
<br />2. Deed of Reconveyance. The indebtedness secured by the Deed of Trust
<br />eXeCUted by DOUGLAS J DEMERS AND TAMARA J DEMERS, HUSBAND AND WIFE, as trustor, to Earl
<br />D. Ahlschwede, Attorney, as Trustee, far the benefit of EQUITABLE BANK, FKA
<br />EQUITABLE FEDERAL SAVINGS BANK OF GRAND ISLAND as Beneficiary, dated JvNE
<br />30, 2003, and recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds of HALL County, Nebraska
<br />as Document No. 20Q3QS623, has been paid, and the Beneficiary has requested in
<br />writing that this Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered as confirmed by its
<br />endorsement below.
<br />In consideration of such payment and in accordance with the request of the
<br />Beneficiary, the Substitute Trustee reconveys to the person or persons entitled thereto
<br />all the right title and interest and claim acquired by the Trustee pursuant to the Deed
<br />of Trust in the real estate described in paragraph 3 below.
