<br />YOU ARE HEREBY GIVEN NOTICE OF DEFAULT under a Deed of Trust executed
<br />October 12, 2006, by JOSE ANTONIO GOMEZ, a single person, Trustor, in favor of HOME
<br />FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN OF GRAND ISLAND, as Beneficiary, and U.S.
<br />BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, as Trustee, and which was filed for record on October 1 S, 2006,
<br />as Instrument No. 2006-09296, of the Mortgage .Records of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of
<br />Trust was assigned by the original Beneficiary, HOME FEDERAL SAVINGS AND LOAN ASSN
<br />OF GRAND ISLAND to U.S. BANK, N.A., by virtue of an Assignment dated October 12, 2006,
<br />and filed for record on December 4, 2006, as Instrument No.2006-] 0767 of the Mortgage Records of
<br />Hall County, Nebraska. GREGORY L. GALLES has been appointed as Successor Trustee,
<br />replacing U.S. BANK TRUST COMPANY, NA, by virtue of a Substitution of Trustee filed for
<br />record in the Register of Deeds Office of Hall County, Nebraska. Said Deed of Trust conveys
<br />property legally described as follows:
<br />LOT 6, IN BLOCK 21 OF SCHIMMER'S ADDITION TO THE CITY OF GRAND ISLAND,
<br />HALL COUNTY, NEBRASKA.
<br />Said default under the terms of the Deed of Trust has occurred by virtue of the non-payment of the installment
<br />payments due under the Deed of Trust. In addition, Trustor is hereby liable to the Successor Trustee,
<br />GREGORY L. GALLES, for all fees and costs associated with this default and recoverable pursuant to
<br />Nebraska statute § 76-1012.
<br />By virtue of said default, Successor Trustee has determined to sell or cause to be sold the trust property
<br />to satisfy the obligation referred to above.
<br />The default may be cured within one (1) month of the filing of this Notice, and the obligation and
<br />Deed of Trust may be thereby reinstated as provided in § 76-1012.
