SI.EMERS, a Single Person, Trustor under a certain j j, o0 <br /> Dti,dd of 1 "rust filed Februarv 16. 2006, as Tnstrument No. 0200601 3 F3 in the Office of thQ Hall <br /> County Register of Deeds, has breached the terms and conditions of said Deed of Trust. l'he <br /> real estate conveyed in said Deed of Trust is described on attached Exhibit "A" incorporated <br /> herein by reference. <br /> <br /> Homestead Bank, formerly Saint Paul Bank, the Trustee and Beneficiary has directed the <br /> undersigned as attorneys for the trustee to cause this Notice of Default to be filed as required by <br /> law and to give notice of its election to sell or cause to be sold the property to satisfy the <br /> obligation. The 'ITrustor under said Deed of Trust has breached the Deed of Trust by failing to <br /> make payments when due on three promissory notes securing said Deed of Trust. <br /> <br /> The real estate described in the Deed of Trust is used in farming operations. The Default may be <br /> cured within two (2) months of filing of record of this Notice of Default and the obligation and <br /> Trust Deed may be reinstated. The nature of the breach by the Trustor was the failure to pay <br /> when due the promissory notes secured by the Deed of Trust. The entire amount of principal and <br /> interest due upon the various promissory notes securing said Deed of Trust as of February 18, <br /> 2010, is $188,355.02, principal plus interest of $20,435.50, plus accruing interest thereafter at the <br /> rate of $36.62 per day and any applicable penalties.
