<br /> WHEREAS, all of the indebtedness secured b the Deed of Trust executed b

<br /> Onda E. Scott, tka Onda E. Lilley, a single person, Trustor, to Pathway Bank, a
<br /> Nebraska Banking Corporation, Trustee, under the Deed of Trust dated October 12,
<br /> 2007 in which Pathway Bank, a Nebraska Banking Corporation, is Beneficiary, said
<br /> Deed of Trust being recorded November 3, 2008 with instrument number 0200809194
<br /> of the Records of Hall County, Nebraska, securing an original stated indebtedness of
<br /> $50,000, has been paid or otherwise satisfied and said beneficiary have requested that this
<br /> Deed of Reconveyance be executed and delivered;
<br /> THEREFORE, in accordance with such request and the provisions of such Deed of
<br /> Trust, the undersigned Trustee, does hereby reconvey, without warranty; to the person or
<br /> persons legally entitled thereto, the estate now held by said Trustee hereunder, legally
<br /> described as follow:
<br /> Lot 3 Mainland, Section 11, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the 6t1' P.M.
<br /> Hall County, Nebraska, except a tract of land in the East One Half (El/2) of Section
<br /> Eleven (11), Township Nine (9) North, Range Twelve (12) West of the 6ri' P.M. being
<br /> more particularly described as follows:

<br /> Beginning at the East 'A corner of Section 11, Township 9 North, Range 12 West of the
<br /> 6" P.M., Hall County, Nebraska, running thence South 00°20'58West and along the East
<br /> line of the North %2 of the Southeast Quarter, a distance of 1,336.75 feet to the SE corner
<br /> of said North %2 of the SE '/4; running thence south 89°41'45" West and along the South
<br /> line of the said North %Z of the SE '/4 a distance of 2,644.27 feet to the SW corner of the
<br /> said North '/Z of the SE '/4; running thence North 00°06' 56" East and along the West line
<br /> of the said North %2 of the SE 'A a distance of 1,002.19 feet; running thence North
